Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and bank transfers via the Paypal payment system, Direct Bank Transfer or Personal Cheque/Money Order. 

Please note funds are cleared within 2 days when payments are made through PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer.  When payments are made with a Personal Cheque or Money Order funds may take up to 7 working days to be cleared.

Shipping

Because each item is handcrafted especially for you, it typically takes 2-3 weeks before the item is posted. For all Australian orders we use Australia Post withr choice of Express Post or Regular Mail. We reccomend Registered Post due to it being more secure as the receiver needs to sign for the goods. We are able to post internationally, these prices are availible on request as the destination and goods determine the costs.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 10 days. Your money will be refunded minus a 20% fee for workmanship. We cannot refund shipping & handling fees. Please contact us prior to mailing your package to verify that we can accept your return. You can do so either by email or by phone. We will then send you instructions for your return.
